Sayville Middle School Takes 1st and 3rd Place

The 13th Suffolk Scholastic chess tournament was held on Dec. 10, 2005 at Connetquot High School. The first place winner in the Middle School division was Mollie Rose Drinkwater winning 5 out of 5 games. The 3rd place winner was Alex Yale also from the Sayville Middle School.
