Entrepreneur Frank Zambaras announced today the launch of Fire Island Diet Delivery, a service that makes his incredibly popular Zone Diet delivery programs available to the communities of Fire Island.  Followed by celebrities and affluent New Yorker’s – Zambaras’ famous home delivered diet has curiously been missing from Fire Island (a place frequented by these very same affluent New Yorkers) until now.

Zambaras has managed Zone Gourmet, My Zone Diet, The Slimdown, and Kosher Diet Delivery – all very popular and successful New York diet programs.  He also managed the national Zone Nation and Atkins at Home programs from their inception.

New York’s diet delivery clients receive all of their meals custom prepared according to their height, weight, age, and activity levels.  The meals are individually designed by a chef and nutrition team to taste great, and satisfy while helping clients look and feel their best.  The personalized diet program includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks each day delivered right to the client’s doorstep each morning by 5am.
