The 8th grade students of Prince of Peace Regional Catholic School in
Sayville held a car wash and bake sale on June 10. Many local residents took advantage of the clearing weather and brought their cars in.

The students' hard work paid off, with over $700 raised to help fund the class legacy gift to be presented to and installed in the school- a beautiful stained glass window designed by class member Jackie Conway.
