The Board of the Kenneth F. Stein Jr. Memorial Scholarship Foundation is proud to announce Patricia Niko and Kenneth Crawford are the first recipients of a $1,000 scholarship. Candidates for the scholarship must be of unique character and generous spirit. The applicants essay had to address how they worked to overcome a challenge.
