Sayville Silent Film Festival at
Sayville Congregational Church
On Saturday, November 10, 2007 at 7:00 pm the Biograph
Players will present a Silent Film Festival in Parish Hall
featuring two great classics, THE GENERAL starring Buster
Keaton and THE CURE starring Charlie Chaplin.
Many will
remember the screening of THE GENERAL from several years ago
with its longest running chase scene in motion picture
history and Buster Keatons hilarious antics and
predicaments.
Live musical accompaniment provided by the Biograph Players,
Edward Hupton, John Francis & Joe Kerr, includes authentic
silent film music, popular tunes of the era, original
compositions and improvisation.
