We invite you to attend The John Giovanniello Memorial Open, Monday, September 10, 2007.

As a loving husband of 22 years, proud father of two wonderful children and loyal employee of Carrier Air Conditioning, John left many friends and family members with more than just fond memories.

As a successful Carrier sales representative, John always strived to open new market areas for future carrier prospects.

His sudden death left his loving wife, Loraine, with the task of raising her children, Charlie and Carla.

We honor John's memory with a day dedicated to his love for his family, friends and his career by asking you to join us for a day of remembrance. We hope to continue John's legacy by having an annual event and dedicate the proceeds to a worthy cause.

This year, the proceeds will go to the Giovanniello Family. Raffles and sponsorships are welcomed! Please join us for a day of golf, dinner or both!

Location: West Sayville Golf Course (Meadow Edge)
Golf & Dinner: $175 PP - includes buffet lunch, greens fees, cart, golf & dinner
Dinner only: $75 PP
Hole sponsor: $100
Check-in: 11am, Barbecue lunch served on the Desk: 12-2pm
Shot Gun Tee-Off: 2pm, Buffet dinner & awards: 7pmFor further
