Americana Fair held
Saturday, June 7, 2008 at
the Islip Grange sponsored by the
Town of Islip
This fun-filled late spring fair honored our special
American heritage. Vendors displayed and sold their unique handcrafted items in
needlework, floral arrangement, culinary and
woodcraft, to name a few. Demonstrators were
on hand throughout the day to show the art of
quilting and other crafts. Children loved the
games and pony rides, and all family members enjoyed the food and continuous music.
